Joe’s is really a tapas bar that has become a restaurant, the result in part from American chef Aaron Hooper's hands-on influence. It’s all about freshness and flavour. Try imported Maine lobster with madagascar vanilla veloute or light-as-a-feather Vietnamese spring rolls. Entrees include a succulent short rib from Australia that takes 14 hours to marinate before being served, but only seconds to devour. Another excellent choice is macadamia nut-crusted John Dory fillet with chive mashed potato and saffron cream. Desserts maintain the haute cuisine standards of this exceptional dining experience.
