Extremely professionally handled, the fare at Into The Med is impeccable and is served up in grand style. Diners can dine under the stars or in the discreetly lit, adobe-walled interior. Carpaccio of Angus beef is an extremely tasty portent of an excellent evening’s dining and no less disappointing is Atlantic salmon grilled with fennel seeds, perfect in taste and texture. More adventurous is duck with saffron with a wrapped risotto and apricot sauce. In keeping with the Mediterranean theme there is a complimentary breadboard accompanied by beautiful virgin olive oil and appropriate sauces. It’s all very professional and delivered in a beautiful setting.
